I noticed as I moved out of my twenties, different foods did not agree with me. At first it was just a few food items here and there. As I noticed it more and more, I could trace a pattern to additives and preservatives in foods. At the same time, I noticed the packaged spice mixes in the grocery store had ingredients I could not pronounce. In conclusion, this is a clue the ingredients are not natural. Everything in Crooked Tacos Spice Mix is recognizable.
I would expect to find additives and preservatives in fast and Ultra Processed Foods (UPF’s) but I didn’t expect it on the spice isle. You can read about the correlation between certain diseases and UPF’s here. It appears the consumption of preservatives has the opposite effect on humans.
Eating whole foods is best
